Welding Technician

$21.00 - $28.00/hr + Shift Differential Available

Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Seeking experienced MIG Welders who enjoy building quality products and taking pride in their work.

This role offers hands-on welding and fabrication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth.

Available Shifts

• ✅ 1st Shift- Monday-Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

• Overtime available

• ✅ 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday (4:20 PM - 2:50 AM) (10% shift differential)

• Training completed on 1st Shift

✅ Weekend Shift (10% shift differential)

• Friday-Sunday

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components

• Perform Pulse MIG welding on production assemblies

• Build welded structures and fabricated products

• Measure, inspect, and verify finished work

• Operate robotic welding equipment and perform touch-up welding as needed

• Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience

• Pulse MIG experience preferred

• Blueprint reading skills

• Fabrication, fitting, and layout experience

• Experience with precision measuring tools

• TIG welding experience or willingness to learn

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
